Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report
As a publicly-listed company committed to sound corporate governance, GT Capital supports the evaluation of its corporate standards by national and international bodies. The Corporation also aims to provide relevant, up-to-date and accurate information on matters relevant to its stockholders, stakeholders, and investors.
Towards this view and in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Memorandum Circular No. 15 series of 2017 and related issuances, GT Capital annually submits its Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR), which contains discussions on the Corporation's corporate governance standards and practices relating to, among others, its board of directors, risk management system, internal audit and control, stakeholders, and rights of stockholders.
The I-ACGR replaces the SEC Annual Corporate Governance Report and the Philippine Stock Exchange's Corporate Guidelines Disclosures Survey. It also takes into account corporate governance practices recommended in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard, the annual self-assessment initiative released by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum.
Submitted I-ACGRs are downloadable below.
