MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborates with the organization’s functional areas, including Treasury and Finance, Accounting and Financial Control, Legal and Compliance, Investor Relations and Risk Management; and with the group’s operating companies in order to gather and analyze data and to collaborate with counterparts on any senior management’s requirements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
2. Analyzes economic market, project, investment, industry and company data and reports.
3. Analyzes and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports of operating companies to be presented to the CFO, President, and members of the Executive Committee and Board of the Company. Interprets the financial results and provides insights into the drivers of the various operating companies to assist Senior Management in making key strategic and tactical decisions to drive the growth and performance of the business.
4. Actively participates in the completion of statutory reporting and regulatory requirements such as SEC Forms 17Q and 17A, Philippine Competition Commission requirements, among others.
5. Participates in Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Activities including, but not limited to: a) the preparation of memos and presentations required for internal approvals; b) the preparation of required regulatory filings and documentation; c) participation in requisite credit agency filings and reviews; d) operational and financial due diligence; e) financial modeling and valuation; and other tasks that may be required from time to time.
6. Participates in post-issuance, completion, and/or integration activities for Capital Markets and M&A transactions as required.
7. Provides support to the CFO and President in the preparation of financial models, memos, and presentations, as may be required by Senior Management and the business.
8. Assists the Department Head in spearheading strategic initiatives of the Company, particularly in relation to assigned operating companies and to other matters as may be directed by the Office of the CFO and the President.
9. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics
Experience: Experience as an Analyst or similar role
Skills: Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Personality: Creative, resourceful, organized, fast-learner, disciplined, self-motivated, hardworking, and team player
