As a publicly-listed company, GT Capital aims to provide information on matters relevant to its stockholders, stakeholders, and investors.

Towards this view and in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission's Memorandum Circular No. 5 Series of 2013 and related issuances, GT Capital annually submits its Annual Corporate Governance Report (ACGR) which contains discussions on the Corporation's corporate governance standards and practices relating to, among others, its board of directors, risk management system, internal audit and control, stakeholders, and rights of stockholders.
