GT Capital receives Golden Arrow Award for Good Corporate Governance

(23 September 2024. Makati City, Philippines) – GT Capital Holdings, Inc. (GT Capital) continues to be a frontrunner in good corporate governance as it receives a 3 Golden Arrow Award  from the Institute of Corporate Directors Philippines (ICD PH)’s 2024 Golden Arrow Recognition. This marks the second consecutive Golden Arrow award attained by GT Capital.

GT Capital Vice President and Legal and Compliance Head Atty. Renee Lynn Miciano-Atienza accepted the award for the company during the Golden Arrow recognition ceremony held at the Manila Ballroom of the Marriott hotel in Manila on September 19, 2024.

The Golden Arrow recognizes publicly listed companies in the country that practice good governance. The award was based on results of the assessment of ICD PH’s Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) and Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS).
